Senior Financial Controller – Global Finance Lead

About the role

ENCS Networks is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to lead its global finance operations from its office in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. You will provide strategic financial insights, ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and drive performance improvements in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across global markets.
• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with international accounting standards.
• Consolidate global financial statements and ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide to improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Lead audit processes, tax filings, and all compliance matters on a global level.
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering development and achieving departmental goals.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, providing actionable solutions to enhance profitability.
• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing financial operations across multiple countries and currencies.
• Deep understanding of international financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel.
