Senior Full Stack Developer Team Lead

About the role

GoArrow AI is a software development company that builds custom web and mobile applications, end-to-end SaaS products and provides staff augmentation with senior engineers. It is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer Team Lead for a full-time, on-site position in Multan. The role leads a small engineering team, plans and implements full-stack solutions and ensures high-quality delivery of web and SaaS products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop front-end interfaces and back-end services, and review code.
• Define technical standards and guide architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with product and design teams and break down requirements into technical tasks.
• Mentor developers and perform code reviews.
• Improve system performance and reliability.
• Refine development processes and help with project scoping and estimation.
• Ensure features are shipped on schedule without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams, setting technical direction and upholding coding standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with agile development practices.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Relevant qualification such as a degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Prior work on shipped products and comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment.
