Senior Full-Stack Engineer with AI Expertise

About the role

We are a software development company that builds AI‑powered web and mobile products for US‑based clients. We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer who can own the technical delivery of AI‑enhanced solutions and confidently join client calls alongside our business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship full‑stack, AI‑driven web applications from UI to infrastructure.
• Build AI agents, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and LLM features tailored to client data.
• Implement workflow automation to eliminate manual bottlenecks and integrate client systems.
• Create API‑first layers over legacy systems using REST and GraphQL.
• Deliver focused MVPs and proof‑of‑concepts that demonstrate quick value.
• Support the BD team on client calls: scope requirements, answer feasibility questions and explain technical approaches.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable on live calls with US clients.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Confident, professional client‑facing demeanor.
• Strong problem‑solving, ownership and cross‑team collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind/CSS.
• Backend: Node.js, Python (FastAPI, NestJS, Express), REST, GraphQL.
• AI/LLM: OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
• AI agents: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
• Version control, testing and clean‑code practices.
