Senior Game Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Game Developer to join our mobile game development team. You will lead the creation, optimization, and monetization of Unity‑based games, working closely with designers, artists, and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile games using Unity and C#.
• Integrate and manage third‑party SDKs for ads, in‑app purchases, analytics, and attribution.
• Implement and optimize monetization features such as rewarded, interstitial, and banner ads, as well as in‑app purchases.
• Troubleshoot SDK integration issues, resolve compatibility conflicts, and manage SDK updates.
• Optimize game performance, loading times, memory usage, and stability across Android and iOS devices.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, product managers, and user acquisition teams to improve player engagement and revenue.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of mobile game development experience, preferably with published titles.
• Strong proficiency in Unity and C#.
• Proven experience integrating third‑party SDKs and ad‑mediation platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with in‑app purchases, analytics, and attribution tools.
• Solid understanding of mobile monetization models, A/B testing, and revenue optimization.
