Senior Global Brand Manager – Vaseline

About the role

Unilever is seeking a Senior Global Brand Manager to lead the Vaseline portfolio across PTAB markets. This full‑time position will drive brand strategy, consumer insight, and innovation for one of the world’s largest skin‑care brands, working closely with the Global Brand Director and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term brand strategy that translates market forces and category opportunities into growth.
• Identify consumer problems and create innovative product and communication solutions.
• Lead project management with R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to bring innovations to market on schedule.
• Design and launch communication campaigns, working with creative agencies and production houses.
• Create brand experience toolkits for 360° deployment across media channels.
• Collaborate on packaging and product design to enhance brand loyalty.

• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of external and internal market dynamics.
• Proven ability to translate consumer insights into brand strategy and growth initiatives.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects and delivering measurable business results.
