Senior HR Compliance Document Specialist – French (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Compliance Document Specialist with native‑level French proficiency to support a global technology‑enabled HR solutions provider. The role is fully remote and focuses on reviewing, drafting, and organizing French‑language employment documents to ensure compliance with international labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate French‑language HR contracts, offer letters, and policy documents for legal accuracy and completeness.
• Draft and localise employment documents in French, aligning them with local labour laws and client standards.
• Collaborate with legal and HR teams to guarantee that all documentation meets compliance requirements for remote workforce operations.
• Maintain organised digital filing systems for HR documents in both French and English.
• Provide guidance on best practices for French‑language HR documentation in cross‑border hiring scenarios.

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken French (native or near‑native).
• Minimum two years of experience drafting or reviewing French HR contracts and policy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret legal and regulatory language.
• Experience working in multinational HR environments or with remote workforce compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
