Senior Human Resources Manager (Global)

About the role

Ezzy Manufacturing is expanding its Karachi office and seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead all HR, talent, compliance, payroll and administrative functions locally while supporting the U.S. operations. The role works on a U.S. business‑hour schedule (1 PM – 9 PM PKT) and reports directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for tech, creative, operations, marketing and admin roles, from job design to offer.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed (US & Pakistan), Rozee.pk and niche platforms; maintain pipelines and hiring dashboards.
• Manage local payroll: calculate salaries, tax deductions, attendance, payslips and ensure compliance with SESSI, EOBI, gratuity and other Pakistani regulations.
• Draft and maintain HR documentation including contracts, NDAs, SOPs, onboarding and termination records.
• Oversee onboarding, performance evaluation cycles, goal tracking and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate international contractor onboarding and collaborate with U.S. tools such as ADP.
• Handle day‑to‑day office administration, vendor relationships and asset management.
