Senior Investment Research & Capital Markets SME (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a senior investment research and capital markets subject‑matter expert to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI models used in finance. This project‑based, remote position involves reviewing AI‑generated financial analyses and helping improve large language models for the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated financial analyses for technical accuracy, completeness, and quality of reasoning.
• Identify factual inaccuracies, unsupported assumptions, logical inconsistencies, and calculation errors.
• Review financial models, valuation methodologies, and investment analyses produced by AI.
• Create, review, and refine finance‑related prompts, benchmark responses, and evaluation datasets.
• Apply detailed annotation guidelines consistently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, and AI researchers to enhance evaluation methodologies.

Required profile

• Significant practical experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. financial markets and corporate finance principles.
• Exceptional analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet established turnaround times.
