Senior IT Project Manager

About the role

The Senior IT Project Manager will lead strategic technology projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives are met within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication across cross‑functional and offshore teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key technology projects, delivering agreed deliverables and driving execution in a cross‑functional environment.
• Lead project teams, develop critical path schedules, track metrics, manage issues, mitigate risks, and publish status documents.
• Coordinate with IT management, business managers, resource managers and the PMO for resource assignments, issue resolution and escalation.
• Communicate clearly to individuals and groups, adapting messages to audience and ensuring understanding.
• Take proactive action to achieve objectives, respond quickly, and go beyond required goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent with 8‑10 years of experience.
• Proven experience in IT project/program management, including working with offshore development teams.
• Ability to work with non‑technical business partners and understand financial principles such as capital, expense, NPV and ROI.
• Fluent use of Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
• Experience in the ATM/Banking (ADC/Digital) industry is a plus.
