Senior Lecturer – Higher Education (Remote)

About the role

Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Senior Lecturer to join its Higher Education faculty on a remote basis. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality teaching, developing curriculum, and supervising student research while collaborating with departmental colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and regularly update curriculum content for Higher National Diploma programs.
• Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions using appropriate learning management systems.
• Supervise student research projects, ensuring timely and quality outputs.
• Meet annual performance targets set by the Head of Department for teaching and research supervision.
• Organise course materials, track student progress, and facilitate communication via LMS.
• Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with faculty to maintain curriculum relevance and participate in academic committees.
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to academic publications and research proposals.

Required profile

• Relevant Master's (MS) and Bachelor's (BS) degrees.
• Minimum three years of post‑Master’s teaching experience.
• At least one peer‑reviewed publication.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
