Senior Lecturer in Higher Education (Remote)

About the role

Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Senior Lecturer to join its Higher Education faculty on a remote basis. The role focuses on curriculum development, delivery of high‑quality lectures, and supervision of student research projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, design, and update curriculum content for Higher National Diploma programmes, ensuring alignment with academic and industry standards.
• Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions using appropriate learning management systems to support diverse learning styles.
• Supervise student research projects, guiding inquiry and ensuring timely, high‑quality outputs.
• Utilise learning management systems to organise course materials, track progress and facilitate communication.
• Assess student performance through assignments, exams and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with faculty members on curriculum relevance, participate in academic committees and departmental meetings.
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to academic publications and research proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of post‑Masters teaching experience.
• At least one scholarly publication.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Commitment to meeting annual teaching and research performance targets.
