Senior Maintenance Executive – Mechanical & Electrical

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Executive to lead the mechanical and electrical maintenance functions of our plant in Korangi, Karachi. The role is shift‑based and focuses on ensuring high equipment reliability, compliance with food safety standards, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimise downtime.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, perform root‑cause analysis and implement effective repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with GMP, HACCP and other food‑safety regulations.
• Manage critical spare‑parts inventory, maintain accurate maintenance logs and monitor equipment performance.
• Identify and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency, equipment lifespan and cost control.

Required profile

• BE or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in plant or machine maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or food‑production environment.
• Ability to work rotational shifts and on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
• Root‑cause troubleshooting expertise.
• Familiarity with GMP and HACCP standards.
• Spare‑parts inventory management.
