Senior Management Accountant - ACCA Qualified

About the role

We are seeking an ACCA‑qualified Senior Management Accountant to lead financial reporting, budgeting and data analysis for UK‑based companies. The role involves turning raw financial data into actionable insights and supporting strategic decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse management accounts, financial reports and budgets for multiple UK entities.
• Collect, process and visualise data using charts, dashboards and presentations.
• Design and maintain data models that improve reporting efficiency and add strategic value.
• Automate data‑collection routines and streamline bookkeeping processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate data entry and system integrity.
• Handle management reporting, reconciliations and respond to client inquiries.
• Post receipts and general‑ledger entries in the accounting system.

Required profile

• ACCA qualification or affiliate status.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in management accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong command of English communication and time‑management skills.
• Understanding of data ethics and solid accounting fundamentals.

• ERP software proficiency.
• Bookkeeping, including purchase ledger, sales ledger and reconciliations.
• Financial reporting and budgeting & forecasting.
• Data visualisation and dashboard creation.
• Data modelling and process automation.
