Senior Manager Commercial Finance

About the role

The Senior Manager Commercial Finance will lead the finance operations that support PTCL Group’s vendor and procurement activities. This role ensures accurate payment processing, budget forecasting, and financial reporting while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor registration and creation, and raise purchase requisitions (PRs) for end‑user requirements.
• Work with Procurement and end users to issue and approve purchase orders (POs).
• Process payments, including invoice screening, verification with end users, and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Perform goods receipt (GR) and service receipt (SR) entries.
• Prepare monthly budget forecasts, accruals, and support year‑end closing activities.
• Maintain financial trackers such as payment confirmations, PR status, e‑invoicing, and open PO reports.
• Manage budgeting and payment processes for non‑PO based transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MBA Finance, ACCA, or CA qualification.
• Proven experience in commercial finance or similar senior finance roles.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
