Senior Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

CureMD is looking for a Senior Manager to own and expand its digital marketing footprint worldwide. You will shape strategy, lead a high‑performing team and ensure all digital activities align with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a data‑driven digital marketing strategy that boosts traffic, conversions and brand awareness.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, paid media, social platforms and content.
• Lead, coach and scale a multidisciplinary marketing team while fostering innovation.
• Partner with senior leadership and product teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Oversee full‑funnel initiatives, optimizing both organic and paid channels for maximum ROI.
• Define, track and report KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and AI‑enabled tools.
• Drive content strategy and storytelling to strengthen the digital voice.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
• 7‑10 years of digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling digital growth and managing high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills.
