Senior Manager Dynamics 365

About the role

Mobiz, a Microsoft-aligned managed services and cloud solutions provider, is looking for a Senior Manager Dynamics 365 who will act as platform owner and delivery lead for its Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem: Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP). The role covers platform health, configuration governance, integrations, user adoption and the operational workflows behind revenue, service delivery and financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• CRM operations: configure Sales entities, opportunity stages, product catalog, quote workflows and MEDDICC scoring fields; govern pipeline data quality and publish weekly CRM health dashboards to the CRO
• Configure and maintain Customer Service and Field Service modules, and Power Automate flows for lead-to-opportunity handoffs, contract renewals, quote approvals and Dynamics-to-ServiceNow tickets
• Manage the Dynamics 365 Sales mobile experience and Outlook integration across North America, KSA and remote regions
• Business Central: administer chart of accounts, dimensions, fiscal periods and approval workflows; govern Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and maintain the job costing module
• Build and maintain Business Central Power BI reports used by the CFO, FP&A and department heads; lead upgrades, hotfix deployments and extension evaluations
• Administer all Dynamics 365 environments (Production, UAT, Sandbox) and define security roles, permissions and the customization backlog
• Integrate CRM, Business Central, ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 with Power Automate, Logic Apps, API Management and Dataverse; maintain master data and data residency requirements for KSA clients
• Drive user adoption, train users, run a Dynamics User Group and produce monthly platform health reports
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of administrators, functional consultants and Power Platform developers, including hiring, performance reviews and delivery standards
