Senior Manager – Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)

About the role

The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is seeking a senior leader to drive alignment of enterprise projects with strategic objectives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while fostering a culture of governance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the EPMO, establishing standards and processes based on PMBOK and Agile methodologies.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, providing governance, risk mitigation, and financial control.
• Supervise Project Managers and ensure consistent application of PMO practices across the organization.
• Drive portfolio oversight, resource optimization, KPI‑based performance monitoring, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain operational efficiency of the EPMO and support change management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8–10 years of project management experience, including 3–5 years leading enterprise‑level strategic initiatives.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision‑making abilities.
