Senior Manager FP&A

About the role

The Senior Manager, FP&A will lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and performance analysis to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Annual Plan and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Perform variance analysis, assess commercial initiatives and track their performance.
• Assist senior leadership with regional/global project submissions and scenario planning.
• Integrate financial data with sales and operations plans and raise proactive alerts.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and ensure timely monthly deliverables.
• Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals.

Required profile

• CA, ACCA or MBA in Finance.
• 8+ years of FP&A experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with financial software and tools.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
