Senior Manager – North Region (Lahore)

About the role

ICAP is seeking a Senior Manager for its North region, based in Lahore, to lead and coordinate operations across multiple cities including Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala and Sialkot. The role focuses on implementing strategic initiatives, strengthening engagement with members, students and regional stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with the institute’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational plans with clear actions and timelines for all regional offices in line with ICAP’s strategic goals.
• Supervise administrative heads, ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support core ICAP functions such as Examinations, Education & Training, Members’ Affairs, Legal & Corporate, Finance and IT.
• Represent ICAP at government and non‑government forums, advocating the institute’s interests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, corporate partners, educational institutions and government bodies.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (ICAP Member) with 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience, or a Master’s degree from an HEC‑recognized university with 5‑8 years relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of ICAP’s stakeholder ecosystem, including members and students.
• Proven leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent decision‑making, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
