Senior Manager – Payments, Liquidity & Virtual Accounts

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead technical development and implementation of Oracle Banking products such as OBP, OBLM, and OBVAM. You will supervise a team of developers and support engineers, ensuring end‑to‑end solution design, delivery, and post‑production support for payments, liquidity, and virtual account services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise developers and implementation engineers to deliver changes in payments, liquidity, and virtual account products.
• Analyse requirements with SME/BA teams, review BRDs and validate business needs.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions, including product configuration, integration, and architecture.
• Collaborate with internal and external technology partners to finalise solution designs and obtain approval.
• Estimate effort and cost, plan delivery timelines, and coordinate with PMO and business stakeholders.
• Oversee documentation, code releases, test execution, defect triage, and production deployment.
• Manage post‑production warranty support, escalation handling, and compliance with technology governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Banking products and customisations.
• Proven leadership experience supervising technical teams.
