Senior Manager Transport

About the role

The Senior Manager Transport will lead group‑wide transport and fleet operations for a fast‑growing food and beverage company in Karachi. You will be responsible for overseeing a mixed fleet of over 390 vehicles, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost‑effectiveness across all transport activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire fleet and transport operations, including trucks, cars, and motorcycles.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, workshop activities, and warranty settlements.
• Improve fuel efficiency and monitor transport KPIs.
• Optimize routes and control transport budgets and costs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reports, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure fleet safety standards and lead technical and transport teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Transport Management or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in transport or fleet management, preferably in the automobile or transport industry.
• Proven experience managing mixed fleets and monitoring KPIs.
