Senior Manager – Virtualization & Citrix

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead virtualization and Citrix initiatives while overseeing the design, deployment and operation of a modern Microsoft‑based infrastructure. The role will drive secure, high‑availability services across on‑premises and cloud environments for our Pakistan operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft infrastructure components including Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange (on‑premise and hybrid) and Microsoft 365.
• Manage hybrid identity, multi‑factor authentication, single sign‑on and conditional access to ensure secure access.
• Deploy, configure and optimize the Microsoft Defender suite (MDI, MDO, MDE) for endpoint and cloud security.
• Automate routine infrastructure tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Ensure high availability and disaster‑recovery capabilities for core services.
• Lead security and compliance initiatives across the environment.
• Integrate on‑premises and cloud platforms for seamless operations and support enterprise collaboration tools within the M365 ecosystem.
• Provide strategic advice to cross‑functional teams on infrastructure improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing large‑scale Microsoft infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of hybrid identity, security and compliance frameworks.
• Leadership experience in guiding technical teams and driving architectural decisions.
