Senior .NET Developer - AI & React Expert

About the role

CyberActive is looking for a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence and React.js to join its development team. The role is full-time and remote, and candidates must be available to work during PST business hours. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of professional software development experience and a proven track record of building scalable web applications, AI-powered solutions and enterprise-level software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable applications using C#.NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
• Build modern, responsive frontend applications with React.js.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered features, including LLMs, OpenAI APIs and AI automation tools.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Manage and optimize SQL Server databases.
• Develop secure, high-performance SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex issues and lead technical decisions while maintaining high coding standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level C#.NET Core and ASP.NET Core; advanced React.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI integrations, LLMs and AI-powered app development, including OpenAI APIs or Azure OpenAI.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, security and performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.

Required skills

• SQL Server, Entity Framework and REST APIs.
• Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Git, CI/CD pipelines and Agile development.
• Preferred: AI agents, RAG systems, vector databases, prompt engineering, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and experience leading or mentoring developers.
