About the role
Dawlance, a leading home‑appliance manufacturer in Pakistan, is seeking a dynamic Senior Officer – Costing to join its Finance team at the Karachi plant. The role focuses on analysing product costs, maintaining cost data and supporting manufacturing operations with accurate financial information.
Key responsibilities
- Break down product‑wise purchase costs by currency.
- Maintain monthly SMC, AMC and BOM data.
- Prepare price and consumption variance reports.
- Calculate and update inter‑company rates.
- Generate production order editing reports.
- Circulate department‑wise standard versus actual direct labour hours.
- Circulate department‑wise standard versus actual kilowatt‑hour consumption.
- Prepare finished‑goods stock movement reports at the combined level.
- Develop running cost estimates.
- Run DEL Company ML processes.
Required profile
- Qualified CMA or ACCA professional.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in costing, financial analysis or manufacturing finance.
- Strong understanding of costing principles and manufacturing operations.
