Senior Operations Manager – South Region

About the role

The Senior Operations Manager will lead the Operations team for the South Region of WWF‑Pakistan, overseeing finance, administration, procurement, IT and HR functions to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the South Region operations team.
• Review, edit and report financial data, prepare annual and project budgets.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with finance SOPs.
• Manage donor correspondence, financial reports and project agreements.
• Oversee admin contracts, rent, insurance, vehicle management and biometric attendance records.
• Support staff with procurement, logistics, event arrangements and IT matters.
• Handle hiring, staff settlements, fixed‑asset verification and health & safety compliance.
• Maintain South Region bank accounts and ensure tax compliance.
• Collaborate with programme directors, finance, HR and IT managers for SOP updates and operational planning.

Required profile

• ACMA, ACCA or Master’s degree in Commerce, Economics or Business Administration.
• At least ten years of experience in operations and large‑programme management.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage finance, procurement, HR and IT functions.
• Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
