Senior Operator / Supervisor - Plastic Manufacturing

About the role

FormX Plastics, a manufacturer of plastic products mainly for body care applications, is hiring a Senior Operator/Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position in Lahore. The role oversees daily production operations, monitors machinery, coordinates workflows and ensures safety, quality and productivity targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support operators on the floor, assigning tasks and providing training and guidance
• Escalate technical issues as needed
• Track production data and report deviations
• Assist with maintenance scheduling
• Collaborate with quality and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines
• Take part in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Experience in plastic manufacturing, injection molding of cosmetic or medical products, or other precision, high-quality products
• Demonstrated ability to supervise or lead production teams, including task allocation and performance feedback
• Strong understanding of safety procedures, quality standards and basic machinery troubleshooting
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules and basic technical documentation
• Good communication and organizational skills to handle multiple lines or shifts
• Minimum high school diploma; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or engineering is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site
