Senior Performance Marketer

About the role

The Senior Performance Marketer will lead performance advertising initiatives for clients, planning, executing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other paid media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audience and keyword research and set up PPC, shopping and remarketing campaigns.
• Monitor performance, adjust bids, budgets and creatives to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with SEO, design, web development and social media teams to align campaigns with overall digital strategy.
• Report on campaign performance, present insights to clients and test new growth opportunities.
• Mentor junior marketing team members.

Required profile

• Strong performance‑marketing background with several years of agency experience.
• Proven ability to own campaign outcomes and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and client‑communication skills.
