Senior PPC Manager

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with in-house roles at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, including startups, digital agencies and tech platforms in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. It is looking for a Senior PPC Manager with deep expertise in paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms. The role goes beyond campaign management: you will craft high-performing ad copy, build full-funnel strategies and drive measurable growth across multiple accounts. The position is full-time and fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
• Own performance metrics including CPA, ROAS and conversion rates
• Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies
• Write high-converting ad copy across multiple formats and platforms
• Analyse campaign data to identify trends and scale opportunities
• Create and maintain performance dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio and AgencyAnalytics
• Collaborate with creative and account management teams
• Present insights, reports and strategic recommendations directly to clients
• Continuously test and iterate on messaging, targeting and creative

Required profile

• 4+ years of PPC experience in a digital marketing agency (required)
• Proven ability to write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy
• Strong experience in both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
• Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
• Proficiency with AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, Microsoft Clarity, Opteo and SEMrush
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
