Senior Project Manager - Construction and Renovation

About the role

AA Joyland Pvt Ltd is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction, renovation and development projects in Karachi. The role reports to senior management and supervises a team of 4 professionals, coordinating contractors, consultants, architects, procurement and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience managing diverse project portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring and completion across several ongoing projects
• Develop detailed schedules using critical path methods and project management tools
• Create, monitor and control budgets, cash flow forecasts and costs
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, procurement teams and stakeholders
• Monitor daily progress, enforce quality standards and manage costs
• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays and budget overruns
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, construction specifications and regulations
• Supervise and mentor a team of 4 project professionals
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs with proper documentation and approval
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience managing project portfolios
• Strong background in project planning, budgeting, cost control and risk management
• Results-driven leader able to manage end-to-end project lifecycles

Required skills

• Project management software: Primavera P6, MS Project and AutoCAD
• Critical path method scheduling
