Senior Project Manager – US Client Projects

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Project Manager to lead software development initiatives for our US‑based clients. The role involves overseeing project delivery, ensuring risk mitigation, and maintaining consistent reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects following best‑practice project management methodologies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project schedules, budgets, and scope documents.
• Coordinate communications and meetings with offshore teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Produce regular status reports for senior management and ensure adherence to company processes and guidelines.
• Facilitate professional development and training for team members.
• Ensure proper version control, configuration management, and documentation of lessons learned.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology projects.
• Master’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
