Senior QA Engineer - Manual (Mobile Testing)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer specializing in manual mobile testing to join our agile team. You will lead testing activities, collaborate closely with developers, architects and release managers, and ensure high‑quality releases for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute day‑to‑day manual testing activities in an agile/scrum environment.
• Participate in scrum and product planning, covering all testing phases from strategy to reporting.
• Document, troubleshoot and close out issues and bugs before client delivery.
• Collaborate with QA staff to meet daily quality targets.
• Develop and maintain QA processes and quality gates throughout the pipeline.
• Investigate and update procedures, workflows and tools.
• Assist in creating and delivering training programs for the QA team.
• Provide orientation and training for new hires and maintain open communication with internal teams.
• Support project kick‑offs, requirements gathering and design of technical test cases.

Required profile

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of manual software QA experience, preferably with mobile testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience writing clear test plans and test cases.
• Hands‑on experience with white‑box, black‑box and automated testing.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Proficiency with Postman and JMeter.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
