Senior React Native & React Engineer (AI‑First)

About the role

We are seeking a highly senior engineer to lead the design and delivery of frontend and mobile applications. This role operates at a Lead Engineer level, making independent architecture decisions and turning ambiguous product needs into production‑ready solutions using AI‑first workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own application architecture across React, React Native, and Next.js.
• Make independent architecture decisions focused on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Build production‑grade applications with TypeScript for web and mobile.
• Integrate with GraphQL APIs and define clean integration patterns.
• Set and enforce quality standards for both AI‑generated and manually written code.
• Leverage AI tools such as Cursor and Claude to accelerate development while maintaining engineering standards.
• Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Collaborate directly with clients to ensure clear communication of requirements.
• Apply basic native mobile development concepts in Kotlin/Java and Objective‑C/Swift when needed.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in React, React Native, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with GraphQL APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to make architecture decisions independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment.
• Experience using AI/ML or agentic development tools to boost productivity.
