Senior Recruitment Consultant – U.S. Legal (Attorney Candidate Delivery)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with strong experience in candidate delivery within the U.S. legal market. You will source, engage, and place attorneys at all levels, from junior associates to senior in‑house counsel and legal leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage U.S.-based attorney candidates across law firms and in‑house environments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple practice areas and seniority levels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and detailed assessments.
• Manage candidate processes from initial engagement through offer and placement.
• Maintain regular contact with active and passive legal talent.
• Present shortlisted candidates to internal teams or clients with market insight.
• Support senior consultants on retained and contingent searches.
• Track and manage candidate activity within ATS/CRM systems.
• Ensure a high standard of candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in legal or professional services.
• Proven experience working with attorney candidates in the U.S. market.
• Strong understanding of law firm and/or in‑house legal career paths.
• Ability to engage senior and passive candidates effectively.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environment.
