Senior Sales Executive - Industrial Segment

About the role

Pak Asia Group is hiring a Senior Sales Executive for its industrial segment in Multan on a full-time basis. The role focuses on growing the customer base by finding new business through research, cold calling, meetings and networking. The candidate must be self-driven and confident, able to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets independently while keeping strong client relationships. The position does not currently involve team management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business through cold calls, client meetings and professional networking.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Build long-lasting, trust-based client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms and conditions to close agreements.
• Collect, analyse and share market trends and customer feedback with management to guide sales strategy.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and keep improving product knowledge and awareness of competitors.
• Manage time to prioritise leads, follow-ups and meetings, and comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Additional credentials in engineering are considered advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to close deals and secure contracts.
