About the role
Metro Pakistan, part of the METRO Cash & Carry group, is looking for a Territory Sales Manager for its HoReCa and O&I business in Multan. The role focuses on acquiring and growing customers, reaching sales and visit targets, and keeping close contact with key accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire the target buying rate and average turnover for the territory.
- Achieve sales targets and customer visit targets, and activate new customers.
- Acquire new HoReCa and O&I customers and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Develop and implement an action plan for each key customer.
- Visit customers on schedule, analyze customer information before each visit and submit reports to the line manager.
- Organize and support customer panels and give feedback to Department Managers and the Purchasing Division.
- Monitor the market and competitors, evaluate market share and budget performance, and set sales objectives with gap analysis.
- Exchange information with Department Managers and Floor Managers.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
