Senior Sales Manager - Bulk Diesel & Lubricants

About the role

A leading tech, AI and power solutions client is hiring an on-site Senior Sales Manager in Lahore to drive bulk diesel and lubricants sales for a non-OMC Oil & Gas company active in the midstream and downstream sectors. The role focuses on securing recurring, high-volume business from large corporate and industrial accounts through long-term supply contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for bulk diesel and lubricants.
• Identify, pursue and secure large-volume corporate, industrial and commercial accounts.
• Win recurring business through long-term supply agreements, contracts and SLAs.
• Build relationships with procurement heads, business owners, fleet operators and industrial clients.
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals and close high-value deals.
• Build a sustainable sales pipeline and meet revenue and volume targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams for reliable deliveries.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 8 to 15 years of progressive sales and business development experience.
• Preferred background in Oil & Gas, petroleum products, bulk fuel supply, lubricants, industrial sales or fuel distribution.
• Proven track record of winning large-volume B2B contracts and recurring accounts.

Required skills

• Negotiation of long-term supply agreements, SLAs and strategic partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently develop business and deliver measurable sales results.

Working mode is onsite, with working hours 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturday off).
