Senior Sales Representative

About the role

Nextline is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join its on‑site team in Rawalpindi. You will own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while driving revenue growth and nurturing long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and manage leads through the full sales pipeline.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and meet/exceed sales KPIs.
• Collaborate with teammates to refine sales strategies and provide market feedback to leadership.
• Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to a performance‑focused culture.

Required profile

• Proven B2C sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership through mentoring or coaching junior colleagues.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with resilience in a high‑activity environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent sales experience.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., Office suite).
