Senior Salesforce Developer (Remote, Pakistan)

About the role

Mavericks United is looking for experienced Salesforce professionals to work remotely from anywhere in Pakistan while aligning with US business hours. The role suits developers or technically‑capable consultants who can own end‑to‑end delivery, communicate directly with US clients, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Build, enhance, configure, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and engineering best practices.
• Communicate professionally with US‑based clients to clarify requirements, report progress, raise risks, and resolve issues.
• Translate business needs into technical tasks, estimates, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Take full ownership of assigned work, ensuring quality, documentation, deadlines, and follow‑through.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, administrators, architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Salesforce experience.
• Exceptional spoken and written English, comfortable speaking directly with US clients.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and a proven record of honoring commitments.
• Ability to work consistently during US business hours from Pakistan.
• Self‑motivated problem‑solver who can work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, triggers, integrations/APIs, debugging, and Salesforce security concepts.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or other Salesforce products.
• Understanding of version control, deployment processes, testing, code reviews, and production support.
