Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

Isloo Tech is looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead the development and execution of modern SEO, AEO and GEO strategies. The role focuses on driving organic growth through data‑driven research, AI‑assisted workflows and close collaboration with content, development and digital teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SEO, AEO and GEO strategies that align with business goals.
• Perform keyword research, competitor and content‑gap analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build content clusters, internal linking structures and topical authority frameworks.
• Optimize existing and new content for search intent, E‑E‑A‑T principles and AI‑enhanced search experiences.
• Utilise AI tools to improve research efficiency, content optimisation and overall workflow.
• Partner with development teams to roll out technical SEO improvements, schema markup, metadata, indexing and site performance enhancements.
• Produce monthly SEO performance reports with insights, recommendations and strategic adjustments.
• Establish SEO best‑practice frameworks and quality standards to support scalable growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
• Strong background in Technical SEO, On‑Page SEO, Off‑Page SEO, AEO and GEO.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies and growth roadmaps.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
