Senior SEO Specialist (Multan)

About the role

A Senior SEO Specialist is sought in Multan, Pakistan, to drive organic search growth across an international project portfolio, with a strong focus on the UAE/Dubai market. The role requires end-to-end expertise in On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO, plus advanced knowledge of AI-driven Search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AIO). It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and run On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO strategies to grow organic traffic, rankings and high-intent leads.
• Optimize content for AI Search engines such as ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Google Gemini and Google SGE/AIO.
• Run site audits covering crawlability, indexability, site architecture, Schema Markup, Core Web Vitals and XML sitemaps.
• Research keywords and LSI terms for competitive Middle Eastern and global markets.
• Build off-page authority through backlinks, digital PR, guest posting and local citations.
• Manage Google Business Profiles for visibility in local UAE map packs.
• Track and report on performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and SEMrush.

Required profile

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Must be based in Multan and able to work on-site there.
• Prior experience with UAE/Dubai or GCC clients is a major advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Technical SEO, Schema markup, site speed optimization and WordPress SEO plugins (Rank Math / Yoast)
• Understanding of SGE and GEO, and use of AI tools in SEO workflows
• Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4 and Google PageSpeed Insights
