Senior Service Engineer - Solar Inverters

About the role

GoodWe, a global PV inverter manufacturer and smart energy solution provider, is hiring a Senior Service Engineer based in Lahore. The role involves tele- and on-site technical support and after-sales support for PV inverters, with periods of work from home and travel depending on actual need.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tele- and on-site technical support and after-sales support.
• Commission, troubleshoot and update firmware and hardware on PV strings, hybrid/storage inverters and BESS.
• Report and follow up with the head office on product failures with clear descriptions.
• Evaluate PV plant performance regularly by studying operation data.
• Work proactively with installers and retailers to deliver a high-quality customer experience and maintain strong technical relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in electrical or electronics.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of experience in the solar industry, especially in product troubleshooting.
• Strong independent problem-solving ability, reliability and self-motivation.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to frequent travel.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-driven attitude.
