Senior Specialist Ops Ex-Logistics

About the role

This role owns and drives end-to-end logistics performance across Pakistan, covering service rate, time to ship to fulfillment, goods-to-order, fulfillment days and productivity KPIs. It also establishes a performance governance framework, leads data-driven analysis and improvement initiatives, and mentors a small team of Operations Excellence associates and analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and run performance governance (weekly and monthly reviews, daily reviews) and track performance deviations with operations teams.
• Develop KPI definitions, targets and benchmarks, build dashboards and reporting frameworks, and turn insights into recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with venture operations, commercial, customer experience and product teams to drive accountability and fix bottlenecks.
• Lead process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen, including value stream mapping, and standardize processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate performance tracking and reporting, and work with BI and Product teams on scalable tools.
• Conduct process audits, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions, and audit adherence to SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Optimize logistics cost per order while protecting service levels and customer experience.
• Train and coach teams, and lead and mentor a team of Operations Excellence associates and analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Certification in Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or above preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or e-commerce operations with a focus on performance management and KPIs.
• Proven track record of improving service rate, lead times, productivity or cost efficiency.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments; hands-on performance governance and KPI tracking.

Required skills

• Strong data analysis and root cause analysis; Excel required, Power BI/Tableau and AI a plus.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and process improvement tools.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate insights to leadership.
