Senior Supply Chain Executive – Pharmaceutical Warehouse

About the role

The Senior Supply Chain Executive will lead warehouse operations for a pharmaceutical manufacturer, ensuring product availability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), FEFO/FIFO and company SOPs.
• Develop, update and improve Standard Operating Procedures.
• Train warehouse staff and keep training records up to date.
• Investigate customer complaints using Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Monitor expiry, damaged and quarantined stock.
• Support internal, principal and regulatory audits.
• Prepare operational and management reports.
• Drive productivity and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, quality assurance, finance and logistics teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Logistics Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in pharmaceutical distribution.
• Experience in GDP‑compliant warehouse operations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
