Senior System & Cloud Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior System & Cloud Engineer to ensure the availability, security, and performance of our enterprise infrastructure. The role covers Windows Server environments, on‑prem virtualization, and Microsoft Azure cloud services, with a strong focus on reliable day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, NPS, and related file services.
• Manage Microsoft Azure compute, storage, networking, monitoring, backup, and identity integrations.
• Maintain backups and storage for critical resources such as NPS, DHCP, VMs, and databases.
• Administer Azure DevOps Organization, including projects, users, permissions, repositories, pipelines, agents, and service connections.
• Support Hyper‑V and/or VMware platforms, handling capacity planning, patching, monitoring, incident resolution, and disaster‑recovery testing.
• Document infrastructure, SOPs, backup records, change logs, and audit evidence.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in systems, data‑center infrastructure, storage, backup/recovery, and cloud operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ‑104, AZ‑800/AZ‑801, AZ‑400, Dell, VMware) are advantageous.

Required skills

• Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, NPS, PowerShell.
• Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Azure DevOps administration.
• Hyper‑V and VMware virtualization.
• Enterprise storage and backup platforms (Dell EMC Unity, IBM TS4300 Tape Library, Microsoft DPM, TrueNAS).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
