Senior Systems and Network Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Systems and Network Administrator to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Windows and Linux server environment, virtualization platforms, and enterprise networking infrastructure. The role involves ensuring high availability, security, and performance across on‑premise and hybrid cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise Windows Server, Linux servers, VMware/Hyper‑V virtual machines, and storage systems.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity and resolve incidents proactively.
• Implement security controls, patch management, backups, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity plans.
• Manage Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and email/collaboration platforms.
• Support hybrid cloud workloads on Microsoft Azure and AWS, including migrations and connectivity.
• Lead upgrade projects, maintenance windows and deployment activities with minimal downtime.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, SOPs and asset inventories.
• Mentor junior administrators and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in systems and network administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Enterprise networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPN, wireless).
• Firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM/log monitoring.
• Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
• Backup, disaster‑recovery, high‑availability solutions.
• Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS) in hybrid environments.
• Scripting/automation with PowerShell, Bash.
• Infrastructure monitoring, ticketing and change‑management processes.

What we offer

• Night‑shift schedule (6 pm – 3 am PKT), Monday‑Friday.
• Gross salary USD 700‑750.
