Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for a global technology leader. This fully remote position will oversee a distributed recruitment team, design scalable hiring workflows, and ensure efficient talent acquisition across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows to streamline sourcing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze hiring metrics and performance data to drive process improvements and reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Oversee deployment, maintenance, and optimization of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to ensure cost‑effective hiring solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in a global or multi‑business environment.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making ability and familiarity with HR analytics.
• Excellent project management skills with the capacity to prioritize across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in international talent acquisition.
• Effective communication skills for coordination between internal teams and external partners.
