Senior Technical & Sales Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing group of companies in the medical aesthetics sector operating in Canada, Pakistan, the US and beyond. We are looking for a senior recruiter who will work remotely and own end‑to‑end hiring for sales and technical positions across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers) for sales roles (SDRs, consultants, account managers, clinical sales) and occasional technical roles (developers, QA, product, support) across Canada, Pakistan and other regions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and recurring positions.
• Write and refine job descriptions, screening scorecards and interview structures.
• Source actively via LinkedIn, job boards (Indeed, Job Bank Canada, Rozee, LinkedIn Jobs), referrals and direct outreach.
• Manage candidates across time zones and coordinate interviews with hiring managers in Pakistan and Canada.
• Handle Canadian hiring nuances such as contractor vs. employee classifications and regional licensing for clinical roles.
• Track pipeline metrics (time‑to‑fill, source quality, offer‑accept rate) and report findings.
• Partner with founders and department heads via video and chat to understand role requirements before sourcing.

Required profile

• 10+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on sales hiring and exposure to technical hiring.
• Proven track record recruiting for international markets, preferably North America.
• Demonstrated ability to work remotely, stay organized and accountable without daily supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet, quiet space and webcam.
• Willingness to work hours that overlap with Canadian time zones when needed.
