Assistant Manager OD & Culture

About the role

The Assistant Manager OD & Culture will develop and implement integrated Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Performance Management strategies to strengthen organizational capability and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent management framework, including talent identification, succession planning, and career development for critical roles.
• Design and execute Learning & Development strategy, annual learning plan, and Learning Needs Analysis, managing internal programs and external partnerships.
• Drive AI‑enabled digital learning adoption, develop e‑learning solutions, and oversee LMS/LXP implementation.
• Manage quarterly and annual performance management cycles, improve processes, and oversee performance improvement programs.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Performance Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to assess talent gaps and learning effectiveness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Performance Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience using AI‑enabled digital learning tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and digital content creation.
