About the role

The Senior Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets across the Talhar territory, focusing on both primary and secondary brands and SKUs. This role combines strategic planning, distribution management, and market intelligence to drive product penetration and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets by town, brand, and SKU.
• Develop and implement field sales plans for the assigned area.
• Manage distribution setup and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure efficient distribution operations to increase product penetration.
• Communicate and execute trade programs in the market.
• Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and provide regular market intelligence.
• Prepare and present performance reports to the sales team and leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage distribution networks.
• Team player who can adapt to change and work collaboratively.
