Senior Territory Sales Manager, Key Accounts

About the role

Mondelēz International is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to lead a field sales team in the Gujranwala or Sialkot region. You will be responsible for executing the sales strategy, achieving KPIs, and driving growth for our snack portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and motivate a team of field sales representatives.
• Create and implement an annual business unit plan to meet channel revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure best‑in‑industry execution.
• Collaborate with account, category, activation, sales capability and finance teams to maximise return.
• Utilise category insights and tools to coach the team and influence customer decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience managing sales channels, including LMT.
• Deep knowledge of the Gujranwala or Sialkot territory.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
